Where is our data, and who can see it?
Each church gets its own private instance and database. Nobody else’s data is in it. Our staff don’t look at your people unless you ask for help. Backups run nightly, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Do we own our data? Can we leave?

How does texting work with the carrier rules?
We register your church with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) from your Settings page. Registration usually takes a day or two. Opt-outs are honored automatically and can’t be overridden by staff.
Can the app carry our church’s own name and colors?
Every church starts in the Faith Central app: members enter your church code and see your church’s name, events and their own giving statements. Your own logo, colors and an app in the stores under your church’s name are available by quote.
What if the internet drops on Sunday?
Everything runs in the cloud, so any device with a browser works, including phones on cellular. An on-site failover for check-in stations is on the roadmap for early 2027.
